I am a firm believer it is the preservatives/sugars they keep adding to our food that are causing many of the diseases/weight gains in our country.
Bottom line, "Candida".
My theory is if I cut down on bread/substitute fruits and veggies whenever I can, exercise when I can,
I will not only lose weight but have more energy.
I will also be trying out "Plexus" triplex (Plexus Slim/Probio 5/Biocleanse) to kill the candida that is interfering with my health/weigh loss.

I also plan to drink a lot more water.

I have already realized one thing, it is nearly impossible to eat all natural foods. Everything has preservatives!
I tried the walking a few miles 3x a day, and will admit, lol. This may take more commitment! I did lose a pound, but am pretty sure that pound came back with a friend when I went to the drive in the other night and ate some pizza!
Was taking Plexus Slim by itself. My headaches went away, so that was good :)
But, by itself, don't think it really helped in the weight area even though it did kind of stop my cravings.
Bottom line- Momma needs to get off her butt and exercise!! I know some people say, "I didn't exercise at all", but this mom is a couch potato, and I'm pretty sure those people moved, LOL.
Will start triplex next month and see!
Sadly tax time was not friendly with me, so I will not entirely be using Plexus
:(
But I did find something online on how to
"Create your Own Plexus".
I'm intrigued, and will give it a try!!
Nothing wrong with generic, right?
LOL
There are 4 primary ingredients in Plexus slim
Chromium Picolinate
Garcina Cambogia
Green Coffee Bean Extract
Alpha Lipoic Acid
As he states, start with one for a few weeks to a month. If you like it, keep taking it and tack on another. If you don't, then simply stop taking knowing it's not helping you.
I have decided to start with Chromium Picolinate, knowing it can helps benefit-
Diabetes (I get low blood sugar)
Chloresterol
Heart benefits
I have also ordered a probiotic off Amazon that is cheaper than Plexus but seems to be comparative.
I continue to take the Plexus Biocleanse as I have some left of them.
1 pound lost so far!
I am also using an app to make sure i burn off the calories and stay within 1200 calories a day.
