Rachel believes that counting calories is the secret.

She plans to count calories and exercise the calories she eats off.

Her food will consist of yogurts, granola bars and many other low fat options, such as fruits and veggies.

Rachel has been eating healthier, staying away from soda and cutting down her sugar snacks.

She has also been doing cardio exercises.

Rachel has already lost 6 pounds!
